How to draw a network diagram in LetDraw

From an empty canvas to a network map you can hand to the next person on call.

  1. Add the Network library

Open the Shape library panel and add Network, a set of 40 hand-drawn network icons.

  2. Place your devices

Drag routers, switches, firewalls, servers and endpoints onto the canvas and label them with names or IP ranges.

  3. Connect and group

Draw links that stay attached when you move devices, and wrap subnets or a DMZ in a frame.

  4. Share or export

Send a link, edit together in real time, or export the network diagram as PNG, SVG or PDF.

Icons that read like a network diagram

Network icons for every layer

The Network library follows the classic technical diagram look: cylinders for routers, prisms for switches and brick walls for firewalls. Icons are grouped into Devices, Endpoints, Services, Storage, Topology, Communication and Security, so you find a load balancer, a VPN tunnel or a NAS in seconds.

  • 40 network icons: router, switch, firewall, proxy, access point, VPN and more
  • Frames as zones for subnets, a DMZ or each office site
  • Smart connectors that route around devices instead of crossing them
