Code of Conduct

LetDraw is a place to think, sketch and build together. This code sets the ground rules so everyone, regardless of who they are or where they work, can take part safely and comfortably.

Our pledge

We are committed to a welcoming, harassment-free community for everyone. We welcome people of every background, identity and level of experience, and we expect participants to treat one another with respect and good faith.

What we expect

  • Be kind, patient and considerate in how you speak and write.
  • Assume good intent, and give constructive, specific feedback.
  • Respect differing viewpoints, skill levels and experiences.
  • Accept responsibility gracefully when you get something wrong, and learn from it.
  • Keep discussions focused on ideas, not on the people behind them.

What is not acceptable

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Insults, personal attacks, or demeaning comments.
  • Sexualized language or imagery, or unwelcome advances.
  • Publishing someone's private information without their explicit permission.
  • Sustained disruption of discussions, spaces, or events.
  • Any other conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

Where this applies

This code applies across every LetDraw community space (shared boards, chat, support channels, social accounts and any event we run), as well as any time someone is representing LetDraw in public.

Reporting a problem

If you see or experience behavior that breaks this code, tell us at contact@letdraw.com. Reports are handled confidentially, and we will never share your identity without your consent.

Please include what happened, where, and any context that helps us understand the situation. If you are unsure whether something crosses a line, reach out anyway; we would rather hear from you.

Enforcement

The LetDraw team reviews every report in good faith and decides on a fair response. Depending on severity, that can range from a private warning to a temporary or permanent removal from community spaces. We aim to be proportionate, consistent and transparent about the outcome with those directly involved.
